Dry mix pantry cookbooks

Fill the jars on Sunday. Cook the world all week.

I write simple cookbooks built around homemade dry mixes. You measure the spices, grains and seasonings into jars ahead of time, then supper takes a few fresh ingredients and one jar.

How it works

One jar, a few fresh things, supper on the table

Every mix in my books is measured for one jar that serves 6. Each recipe tells you what goes in the jar, how long it keeps, and the few fresh ingredients you will need on cooking night.

Every book also comes with a free reader kit: bonus recipes, printable labels, gift tags and shopping lists.

Meet the author

Hi, I'm Dolly

I'm a busy mom of a big family, and I live 45 miles from the nearest gallon of milk. When running to the store isn't an option, supper has to come from what is already in the kitchen, so I learned to plan ahead, cook from scratch and make every ingredient count.

My cookbooks are built for real families and real weeknights: simple make-ahead systems, everyday ingredients from a regular grocery store, and plain-language recipes that work for beginners. Every recipe includes healthier swaps, so one dish can fit the different needs around your table.

When I'm not planning next week's menu, I'm feeding a crowd at my own kitchen table.
